We further promise that we carry Commercial General Liability and Property  Damage Insurance in every contract.  Certificates of such insurance are filed with you upon contract acceptance. our story

As a husband-wife team of business owners, Michael & Connie Washington began City Wide Building Services in 1993 with a simple concept - solve a problem. Michael was a driver for FedEx at the time and interacted with businesses all day on his delivery route. He saw a need for his delivery customers to have reliable commercial cleaning services. Through a series of events, he started providing those services on the side while driving for FedEx. As an integrity-filled person is always in demand, Michael quickly became busy with helping other business owners. Connie soon joined in, and City Wide Building Services, LLC was the result of providing simple, consistent cleaning solutions to their valuable customers. Michael no longer drives for FedEx, but is able to focus on his customers full-time. Long-term relationships provide long-term solutions and today, Michael & Connie continue to expand their company based on their core values of dependable, competitive rates, and excellent service.
